Check-in & check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 on your arrival day; check-out by 10:00 on departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
Are pets welcome?
Yes — up to two well-behaved pets at no extra charge. The lodge has an enclosed garden and patio. Please keep pets off the furniture and never leave them unattended in the lodge.
How many guests can it sleep?
5 The Glades sleeps up to 6 guests. The lead hirer must be aged 21 or over.
Is the hot tub private?
Entirely private to 5 The Glades. It is cleaned and refilled between each stay and will be ready for use on your arrival.
Deposit & payment terms?
A non-refundable £100 deposit secures your booking, plus a £100 refundable security bond. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your arrival date.
